Benefits that Come with Membership:

1. Earn the designation of “Registry Approved”
It is estimated that less than 10% of hypnotherapists will be eligible for this designation

2. Be listed on the Registry Website
Your photo, and location will be listed.

3. As an approved Registry Member, Robert Sapien, M.D. (It's Mental, LLC) will assist you with:

• Local Marketing/Placement
• Introduction letters from the International Registry of Medical Support Hypnotherapists, signed by Robert Sapien, M.D.,
  Tim Simmerman,

4. Training in how to inferface with the conventional medical community

5. Attend Annual Medical Hypnosis Conference, a 3-day event, at a discounted fee
By attending the conference you can receive the 20 CEU's required to maintain your membership every two years.

6. Video and Audio cassettes of conference at a discounted price
If you are unable to attend the conference you may purchase the video and audio cassettes at a discounted price and receive CEU's by completing a written test.

7. Receive the Biannual Journal at no cost
Journal includes scripts, processes, research, and developments in medical support hypnotherapy.

8. Opportunity to participate in research projects

Requirements for Membership:

1. Must be a Certified Hypnotherapist
2. Minimal Training should include 350 classroom hours from
   a state licensed hypnotherapy school
   OR
   Attend 100hr Accelerated Healing and Pain Control module
   at the Hypnotherapy Academy of America .
3. Submit a video of a live Pain Control or Accelerated Healing Session.
4. Submit Two Scripts.
   • Healing Script
   • Pain Control Script
5. Pass a criminal background check
6. Complete 20hrs of Continuing Education every 2 years.
7. Comply with the ethical and scope practice guidelines
